Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum and natural gas exploration, in particular to a method for quantitatively detecting adamantane compounds in rock. Comprising the following steps: crushing a rock sample at a low temperature, putting the crushed rock sample into a container, adding diatomite, a standard sample solution and an extraction agent, and sealing the container; carrying out ultrasonic extraction, and standing at low temperature; centrifuging and collecting supernate, volatilizing the supernate in a fuming cupboard, and adding aluminum oxide for adsorption when 1-2mL of supernate is left; before the solvent is completely volatilized, taking out the adsorbed aluminum oxide, and carrying out solid-phase extraction; and concentrating the eluent after solid-phase extraction, and carrying out gas chromatography-mass spectrometry on the concentrated solution.
