Abstract | The invention provides an information extraction method and device. The implementation method comprises the steps that firstly, key entity information is determined according to a task scene; then extracting and coding all entity information in a task scene, constructing multi-head matrixes as carriers of entity information feature values, forming a feature value matrix by the multi-head matrixes, decoding feature values in the multi-head matrixes where the key entity information is located, and finally completing extraction of the key entity information. Because each multi-head matrix only contains one characteristic value data, the multi-head matrix can only be used for extracting one type of key entity information, and the situation of mutual interference among entity information contents does not exist, so that the method provided by the invention can be applied to complex scenes, and the method is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
