Summary: | The invention relates to a machining center coordinate origin offset error and boring position degree testing method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) pre-machining a test piece; 2) positioning a test piece and determining a processing coordinate system; 3) processing a test piece detection reference; 4) no-load and load operation of the machine tool; 5) processing the detected features of the test piece; and 6) detecting errors of the test piece. According to the method, the machining process of a test piece is reasonably planned and designed, and the machining process is divided into three parts according to the time sequence, namely test piece detection reference machining, machine tool no-load and load operation and test piece detected feature machining.
