Abstract | The invention discloses an oil-immersed power transformer fault diagnosis method, device and equipment and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring online oil chromatographic data of a target oil-immersed power transformer, and normalizing the online oil chromatographic data to obtain standard oil chromatographic data; inputting the standard oil chromatographic data into a target regularization orthogonal inverse learning neural network model, and dividing the category of the standard oil chromatographic data to obtain a fault result of the target oil-immersed power transformer; wherein the regularization orthogonal inverse learning neural network model adopts a Gouburg polynomial function as an activation function. Through the technical scheme of the invention, whether the oil-immersed power transformer has a fault can be automatically diagnosed, and the fault diagnosis efficiency of the oil-immersed power transformer is improved.
