Abstract The present application can provide a light modulation device, an optical device thereof, and a method for manufacturing the light modulation device, which can stably maintain designed optical characteristics even after a packaging process, such as an autoclave process, in which pressure is applied. The present application can also provide a light modulation device, an optical device including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the orientation state of the light modulation layer can be stably maintained while effectively ensuring the adhesive force between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. 本申请可以提供即使在其中施加压力的封装过程例如高压釜过程之后也可以稳定地保持设计的光学特性的光调制装置、其的光学装置或制造方法。本申请还可以提供在有效地确保上基底和下基底之间的粘合力的同时还可以稳定地保持光调制层的取向状态的光调制装置、包括其的光学装置或其制造方法。
