Abstract | The invention discloses a pulmonary respiration wafer, a cell stretching culture platform and an operation method thereof. According to the pulmonary respiration wafer and cell stretching culture platform, motor output is controlled through programming, a microfluid wafer is stretched through a cam element, and the stretching frequency and the stretching amount are changed by changing the size of the cam element and the rotating frequency of a motor; the method comprises the following steps of: simulating lung breathing conditions in different states by using a liquid dielectrophoresis technology, performing three-dimensional arrangement on biocompatible hydrogel and cells in the hydrogel by using a liquid dielectrophoresis technology so as to imitate three-dimensional cell tissues, and perfusing drugs by using a dynamic perfusion system so as to realize a drug test platform when the cells in the wafer bionic lung tissues are stretched.
