Abstract | The invention relates to a liquid phase chip technology, in particular to a pineapple liquid phase chip and application thereof. A set of liquid chip containing 40349 SNP sites is developed, 10 pineapple varieties are detected, the site capture efficiency is 98% or above, the genotypes of the 10 pineapple SNP sites are finally obtained through site capture by using a probe, and the genetic similarity among different pineapple varieties is calculated, so that the genetic similarity among different pineapple varieties is judged. The 10 varieties are distinguished by adopting the 40K SNP liquid phase chip, the breeding background of the tested varieties can be matched to a great extent, the accuracy is high, the analysis efficiency of the genetic similarity of the pineapple varieties can be effectively improved, the test cost is saved, and the method has wide application in the aspects of pineapple variety group division, variety identification, variety breeding and the like.
