Abstract The invention discloses a hidden air cap type multi-step circulating fluidized bed surface structure. The heights of air caps are sequentially reduced from the edge of a hearth to a slag discharge pipe, and the air caps are arranged in a step shape; the fluidized bed surface corresponding to the air caps is also in a step shape, the fluidized bed surface is formed by laying wear-resistant castable, the air caps are embedded in the wear-resistant castable, each row of air caps are embedded in the castable to form a small plane inclined towards the slag discharge pipe, all the small planes are combined in an equal difference mode to form a stair-type step-shaped bed surface, and the whole bed surface inclines towards the slag discharge pipe from the edge of the hearth; the size of the hood head in the horizontal direction is larger than that in the vertical direction; and an air outlet hole is only formed in one side, facing the slag discharge pipe, of the air cap head.
