The video acquisition method comprises the following steps: controlling an image sensor to acquire a plurality of first sensor output frames at a first frame rate within a first time period; checking whether a motion blur condition is satisfied within the first time period; in response to the motion blur condition being satisfied in the first time period, controlling the image sensor to acquire a plurality of second sensor output frames at a second frame rate in a second time period after the first time period, the second frame rate being higher than the first frame rate; continuous sensor output frames acquired by an image sensor during a first time period and a second time period are processed to generate a plurality of output frames. 一种视频采集方法，包括：控制图像传感器在第一时间段内以第一帧率采集多个第一传感器输出帧；在第一时间段内，检查运动模糊条件是否被满足；响应于在第一时段内运动模糊条件被满足，控制图像传感器在第一时间段之后的第二时间段内以第二帧率采集多个第二传感器输出帧，其中第二帧率高于第一帧率；处理图像传感器在第一时间段内及第二时间段内所采集的连续传感器输出帧，以产生多个输出帧。
