Abstract | The invention discloses a perpendicular anisotropy artificially synthesized antiferromagnetic coupling multilayer film with an exchange bias field capable of being continuously regulated and controlled. The perpendicular anisotropy artificially synthesized antiferromagnetic coupling multilayer film sequentially comprises a substrate, a buffer layer, a seed layer, an artificially synthesized antiferromagnetic layer and a covering layer from bottom to top, wherein the artificially synthesized antiferromagnetic layer is formed by clamping a non-magnetic isolating layer between two composite magnetic layers with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. The anti-ferromagnetic coupling strength between the two ferromagnetic layers can be changed by adjusting the isolation thickness of the middle layer and the parameters of the magnetic layers, so that continuous regulation and control of a p-SV exchange bias field are realized.
