Abstract | The invention discloses a rhizoma kaempferiae antibacterial component composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. The rhizoma kaempferiae antibacterial component composite membrane is prepared from the following raw materials: 2 percent of acetic acid solution, chitosan powder, 0.7 percent of glycerol and 0 to 0.4 percent of rhizoma kaempferiae crystal B, comprising the following steps: S1, adding a certain amount of chitosan powder and 0.7% glycerol into a 2% acetic acid solution, and stirring for 4 hours on a magnetic stirrer to prepare a 2% chitosan solution; s2, adding different amounts of kaempferide crystals B into the solution until the mass fractions respectively reach 0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4%; s3, spreading 20 mL of the membrane liquid in a disposable culture dish, and placing the disposable culture dish in a 45 DEG C oven for 3 h; s4, the composite film is placed in a dryer to be stored for standby application; and S5, determining different indexes and performances of the composite fi |
