Abstract The invention relates to an interference measurement method and device for a vehicle steering system and a suspension system, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: applying different loads to a to-be-tested vehicle through wheel side adapters which are arranged on two sides of the front end of the to-be-tested vehicle and are connected with wheels, so that the to-be-tested vehicle is in different vehicle states; obtaining the length of a left stay wire and the length of a right stay wire of the to-be-tested vehicle in different vehicle states; according to the length of the left stay wire and the length of the right stay wire, working condition deflection angles of wheels on the two sides of the vehicle to be tested after the vehicle state is switched are determined respectively; and determining the interference condition between the steering system and the suspension system of the vehicle to be tested according to the working condition
