Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a dark tea beverage for improving darkness of tea soup and the dark tea beverage. The preparation method of the dark tea beverage comprises the following steps: extracting and primarily filtering tea leaves: extracting dark tea, and filtering to obtain the tea soup; cooling the tea soup; centrifuging the tea soup; adding 0.1%-0.6% of Vc (Vitamin C) into the centrifuged tea soup to obtain a tea soup regulating liquid; membrane filtration: filtering the tea soup adjusting liquid by using a filter membrane; performing blending; by the adoption of the preparation method, theabrownin water-soluble impermeable high polymer substances are effectively reduced, the soup color of a tea beverage finished product and the color and luster of a tea concentrated solution are greatly improved, the flavor of the tea beverage is guaranteed, and the whole preparation method is green, environmentally friendly, free of chemical reagents and low in cost.
