Abstract | The invention discloses a PEM fuel cell flow channel structure and a fuel cell, the PEM fuel cell flow channel structure comprises a fluid area and a bank area which are located on a flow field plate, the bank area comprises a plurality of ridge banks which are transversely arranged at intervals, the fluid area comprises flow channels formed between adjacent ridge banks, each flow channel comprises wide sections and narrow sections which are alternately arranged in a wide-narrow mode in the longitudinal direction, and the widths of the adjacent flow channels in the transverse direction are complementary. The most basic flow channel structures are used for longitudinal and transverse wide-narrow alternate permutation and combination, pressure difference can be caused in the adjacent flow channels, so that pressure difference is generated on the two sides of the area below the ridge bank, the transverse turbulent flow effect is achieved, air is forced to convect from the lower portions of the flow channels to t |
