A method for preparing activated carbon through continuous carbonization comprises the steps that a continuous carbonization furnace is installed at the tail end of equipment for baking fresh bamboo juice through a dry distillation method, bamboo chips are carbonized while the fresh bamboo juice is baked, dry compressed hot air is introduced into the continuous carbonization furnace, the carbonization process is divided into two stages, then the carbonized bamboo chips are placed into an activation furnace to be activated, and the activated carbon is obtained. Sequentially crushing the activated bamboo chips, screening out particles with the particle sizes meeting the product requirements, adjusting the pore diameters of the particles with the particle sizes meeting the product requirements, finally inspecting and accepting, and storing and warehousing to obtain an activated carbon finished product. According to the method, bamboo chips obtained after fresh bamboo juice is baked are subjected to two-stage tem
