Abstract The invention relates to a biological organic fertilizer based on lake bottom mud and waste biomass and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, screening the lake sediment, removing impurities, dehydrating, drying and crushing, drying livestock and poultry manure in the shade, crushing, and crushing crop straws into particles or fine powder; then preparing a microbial compound bacteria solution by utilizing bacillus subtilis, trichoderma pseudokoningii, saccharomyces cerevisiae, penicillium oxalicum and aspergillus niger; and uniformly mixing the treated waste biomass particles, lake sediment and other raw materials with the compounded bacterial liquid, adjusting the carbon nitrogen ratio and the water content, piling and decomposing, and finally obtaining the organic fertilizer with high economic value.
