Abstract | The invention discloses an air compressor test bench power generation system and a method thereof. The system is characterized by comprising an air compressor, a pneumatic motor, a three-phase alternating-current generator and a grid-connected control system, the exhaust end of the air compressor is connected with the pneumatic motor, the pneumatic motor is connected with the three-phase alternating-current generator through a coupler or a transmission belt, and electricity generated by the three-phase alternating-current generator is connected in a grid mode through the grid-connected control system. The system has the advantages that the residual pressure secondary energy can be recycled for power generation, and energy waste can be reduced.
