Abstract The invention provides passive radiation refrigeration paper. The passive radiation refrigeration paper is prepared from raw paper, modified starch, fluorosilane modified TiO2 and a cross-linking agent. The invention further provides a preparation method of the passive radiation refrigeration paper. According to the passive radiation refrigeration paper, the hydrophobic modified starch and the fluorosilane modified titanium dioxide are used as functional auxiliaries to be added into the body paper, so that a paper material with unique optical characteristics and adjustable wettability is obtained, and the paper material can be used for obtaining fresh water resources through daytime fog collection. 本发明提供了一种被动辐射制冷纸,其由原纸、改性淀粉、氟硅烷改性TiO2和交联剂制备得到。本申请还提供了一种被动辐射制冷纸的制备方法。本申请被动辐射制冷纸以疏水改性淀粉和氟硅烷改性二氧化钛作为功能助剂添加至原纸中,由此得到了具有独特光学特性和可调润湿性的纸材料,使其可用于通过日间集雾来获取淡水资源。
