Abstract | The invention provides an S-band single-point frequency micro-packaging phase-locked source and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of phase-locked sources. The phase-locked loop comprises a phase-locked loop and an amplifying and filtering link, the amplifying and filtering link comprises a low-noise amplifier and an FBAR band-pass filter chip; the low noise amplifier is used for amplifying a signal generated by the loop, and the FBAR band-pass filter chip is used for filtering the amplified signal; and the phase-locked loop and the amplifying and filtering link are packaged in a micro-packaging box body.
