Abstract | The invention relates to a heat transfer composite aluminum plate with a self-fusion layered microstructure and a preparation method, the heat transfer composite aluminum plate is of a sandwich structure, and specifically comprises an upper coating layer, a lower coating layer, a middle matrix and a micro-scale self-fusion layer between the coating layers and the matrix; the coating layer is connected with the middle matrix through a self-fusion layer; and the self-fusion layer is a controllable fusion interface layer formed by adopting a cast rolling process. The three-layer aluminum alloy composite board has the advantages of being good in corrosion resistance, high in bending resistance, high in production efficiency, environmentally friendly and the like.
