Abstract A glass plate manufacturing device is provided with a cutting device (1) for cutting a glass ribbon (GR) that is conveyed downward in a vertical orientation to form a glass plate (GS). A cutting device (1) is provided with a cutting mechanism (5) for cutting a glass ribbon (GR), a drive unit (6) for driving the cutting mechanism (5), and a dust collection device (4) for collecting dust generated by the drive unit (6). 玻璃板的制造装置具备将被以纵姿态向下方搬运的玻璃带(GR)切断从而形成玻璃板(GS)的切断装置(1)。切断装置(1)具备将玻璃带(GR)切断的切断机构(5)、驱动切断机构(5)的驱动部(6)以及将由驱动部(6)产生的尘埃回收的集尘装置(4)。
