Abstract | According to the outdoor anti-aging acrylic plate and the preparation process thereof provided by the invention, dibutyl phthalate and divinylbenzene are used as cross-linking agents, and methyl methacrylate is used as a comonomer, so that a linear structure of polymethacrylate is converted into a body structure, and the heat resistance of the polymethacrylate is improved; according to the preparation method, methyl methacrylate is taken as a monomer, trimethylolpropane triacrylate is taken as a cross-linking agent, toluene and emulsified water are taken as pore-foaming agents, and porous resin microspheres are prepared by adopting a suspension polymerization method, so that the light weight of the acrylic plate is effectively improved; cellulose acetate with double bonds is introduced into the anti-aging layer; a mica/cerium oxide composite material is prepared by adopting an in-situ growth method, and then the mica/cerium oxide composite material is modified by aluminum hydroxide and disodium stearoyl gluta |
