The invention relates to a connecting device of a power distribution bus duct and a power distribution bus, the power distribution bus duct comprises a bus duct main body, a conductive copper bar and an insulating joint seat, and the bus duct main body is in a long strip shape with three closed surfaces and an open bottom; an upper channel is arranged on the upper portion of a top plate of the bus duct body, upper limiting channels are arranged on the lower portions of the two sides of the top plate of the bus duct body, L-shaped ribs extending inwards are arranged on the lower portions of two side plates to form lower limiting channels with the side plates, and a bottom plate and the L-shaped ribs form lower channels. The insulating joint seat comprises an inner partition plate and sealing plates around the inner partition plate, the insulating joint seat is mounted at the notch of the side plate and covers the notch, and the opening end of the insulating joint seat is flush with the end face of the bus duct
