Abstract | The invention relates to the field of glaze, in particular to a manufacturing process of an enterprise identifier of an electric porcelain white glaze product. The quartz, the clay and the feldspar are adopted, and the silicon dioxide is introduced, so that the melting temperature and the viscosity of the glaze are improved, and the glaze has high mechanical strength. Brown fused alumina is adopted to introduce Al2O3 to form a network intermediate of the glaze, so that the performance of the glaze can be improved. Meanwhile, the brown aluminum oxide is turned into dark blue through heat treatment and is obvious and attractive in color when applied to electric porcelain white glaze products, and no extra coloring agent is needed. The talc is adopted to introduce magnesium oxide, so that the expansion coefficient is reduced, glaze fragmentation is reduced, and the fusion range is widened.
