Abstract | The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of limb joint rehabilitation treatment, and discloses a training action recognition method and device, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps that muscles of a target training part are controlled to be trained according to guiding actions, and training action recognition data are acquired in real time; the training action recognition data comprises a plurality of training action recognition semaphores; obtaining a change rate of the training action recognition semaphores according to the plurality of training action recognition semaphores; and recognizing the training action according to the change rate of the training action recognition semaphore.
