Summary: | The invention discloses an application of an enzyme-linked immune spot experiment in dapsone syndrome diagnosis. The invention provides application of a substance for detecting whether a peripheral blood mononuclear cell is positive in an IFN-gamma and/or IL-5 release Elispot experiment under the stimulation of dapsone in preparation of a product for diagnosis or auxiliary diagnosis of whether a subject is a dapsone syndrome patient. The substance comprises the following components: 1) dapsone as a stimulating drug; 2) a reagent and/or equipment for acquiring peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a subject; and 3) a reagent and/or equipment used for detecting whether an IFN-gamma and/or IL-5 release Elispot experiment is positive. According to the invention, an Elispot experiment combined with IFN-gamma/IL-5 release is successfully established, and an effective technical means is provided for diagnosis of dapsone syndrome.
