Abstract The invention provides a manufacturing method of a rearview mirror lens. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S100, providing a base material layer; s300, spraying a first nano coating on the surface of the base material layer, and curing the first nano coating; s500, spraying a second nano coating on the surface of the base material layer, and curing the second nano coating; and S700, performing film coating treatment on the surface of the base material layer to form an oily material layer. By repeatedly spraying the nano coating, the rearview mirror lens which can keep a good hydrophobic effect for a long time can be manufactured. 本发明提供的一种后视镜镜片的制造方法,包括以下步骤:S100,提供基材层;S300,在基材层的表面喷涂第一纳米涂层,并对第一纳米涂层进行固化;S500,在基材层的表面喷涂第二纳米涂层,并对第二纳米涂层进行固化;S700,在基材层的表面进行覆膜处理以形成油性材料层。通过重复喷涂纳米涂层,能够制造长期保持良好的疏水效果的后视镜镜片。
