Abstract The invention discloses a shunting design method and a shunting device for a penetration type liquid cooling case, and belongs to the field of electronic equipment heat dissipation, and the method comprises the following steps: grouping and classifying modules of the penetration type liquid cooling case based on a clustering algorithm, and controlling the structural forms and sizes of a shunting cavity, a confluence cavity and a shunting branch transition section to realize on-demand shunting. According to the heat consumption distribution of the built-in module of the case, the flow of the cooling liquid is reasonably distributed, and the utilization rate of the cooling liquid resource is improved on the premise of satisfying the heat dissipation of the module. 本发明公开了一种穿透式液冷机箱的分流设计方法及分流装置,属于电子设备散热领域,包括步骤:基于聚类算法将穿透式液冷机箱的模块分组归类,并控制分流腔、汇流腔以及分流支路过渡段的结构形式和尺寸实现按需分流。本发明根据机箱内装模块的热耗分布,合理的进行冷却液的流量分配,在满足模块散热的前提下,提高冷却液资源的利用率。
