Comprising the following steps: in an inert atmosphere, taking alkali metal salt as a catalyst, taking a methyl sulfide compound which is in a liquid state at a reaction temperature as a reactant, filling deuterium into a reaction container, and carrying out a closed reaction for a certain time at the reaction temperature to obtain the methyl sulfide deuterated compound, or taking the methyl sulfide compound as a reactant, adding a solvent, and carrying out a closed reaction for a certain time at the reaction temperature to obtain the methyl sulfide deuterated compound.
