Abstract | The invention relates to an emergency braking system of a particle packaging instrument. The system comprises a particle packaging structure which comprises a base, a vibration hopper, a spring, an electromagnet iron block, a vibration electromagnet, a conveying mechanism, a packaging mechanism, a bag body outlet and a shooting mechanism; the emergency braking mechanism is used for carrying out emergency braking processing when the size mismatch signal is received; the one-by-one identification mechanism is used for fitting each material pixel point to obtain each material distribution sub-picture; and the size detection mechanism is used for sending a size mismatch signal when the proportion of a certain material distribution sub-picture occupying the rear-end processing picture is not within a preset proportion range.
