Abstract | According to the wind power plant energy storage optimal configuration method and device and the storage medium, historical data of a wind power plant are obtained, a target function with the maximum sum of the return on investment and the ideal discount rate corresponding to the wind power plant as the target is established, and multiple constraint conditions suitable for the target function are established, the plurality of constraint conditions comprise an energy storage SOC constraint and an SOC constraint at the end period of energy storage, and performing optimization calculation on the target function according to the historical data of the wind power plant and the plurality of constraint conditions to obtain an energy storage optimal configuration result. According to the method, the ideal discount rate and the return on investment are considered at the same time, and collaborative optimization configuration is carried out on the capacity and the power of the energy storage equipment.
