The invention provides a power grid enterprise construction bearing capacity assessment method and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a neural network which represents the corresponding relation between related indexes of a power grid enterprise and the construction bearing capacity through employing historical experience data; then, a dynamic balance correction method is utilized to predict change trends of two indexes of constructor load and construction equipment load of the enterprise in a period of time in the future; and finally, the predicted indexes are input into the constructed neural network to realize prediction and evaluation of the enterprise construction bearing capacity.
