Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of automobile part quality inspection, and discloses a lead-acid storage battery liquid leakage inspection method based on a real vehicle, which comprises the following steps: loading a lead-acid storage battery to be inspected, pasting pH test paper above an exhaust hole, consuming electric quantity, building an external power supply to start the vehicle, connecting an HDS diagnostic instrument, testing the vehicle, and inspecting whether the pH test paper changes color or not.
