Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of automobile part quality inspection, and discloses a lead-acid storage battery liquid leakage inspection method based on a real vehicle, which comprises the following steps: loading a lead-acid storage battery to be inspected, pasting pH test paper above an exhaust hole, consuming electric quantity, building an external power supply to start the vehicle, connecting an HDS diagnostic instrument, testing the vehicle, and inspecting whether the pH test paper changes color or not. According to the lead-acid storage battery liquid leakage verification method based on the real vehicle, the liquid leakage prevention capacity of the lead-acid storage battery is verified through the real vehicle use environment, and the method is more authentic.
