Abstract The invention discloses a novel flexible multifunctional touch sensor and a three-dimensional force calibration device. The flexible electrode layer of the touch sensor is electrically connected with an external acquisition circuit; the temperature-sensitive sensing layer comprises a heating coil, an NTC temperature-sensitive resistor and a boss, the heating coil and the NTC temperature-sensitive resistor are installed in the boss, and the heating coil is wound on the NTC temperature-sensitive resistor; the plurality of touch sensors are uniformly distributed on a palm of the external manipulator; the three-dimensional force calibration device comprises a rotary dial, a semicircular support frame and a base, and the tactile sensor is mounted on the rotary dial of the three-dimensional force calibration device for a calibration experiment.
