Abstract The invention provides an oil shale in-situ cracking test device, system and method. The test device comprises a heater; the reaction kettle is arranged in the heater, a test cavity for accommodating a rock sample is formed in the reaction kettle, and an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the test cavity are formed in the two ends of the reaction kettle respectively; the thermocouple assembly is arranged in the reaction kettle and comprises a sample thermocouple used for detecting the temperature of a sample and a bushing thermocouple used for detecting the temperature of the expansion metal static pressure bushing; wherein the reaction kettle is internally provided with an expansion metal static pressure bushing, and the volume of the expansion metal static pressure bushing is expanded when the expansion metal static pressure bushing is heated, so that pressure is applied to the rock sample in the test cavity.
