Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of sensors, in particular to a strain sensor, a preparation method thereof and a fiber metal laminated board. The strain sensor comprises a substrate, a thin-film resistor and an electrode assembly, and the thin-film resistor and the electrode assembly are located on the substrate and electrically connected; the thin-film resistor is made of a nickel-carbon thin film, and the percentage of nickel atoms in the nickel-carbon thin film is 0.1-0.8. The strain sensor can detect the strain state of the internal structure of the fiber metal laminated board on line in real time in the using process.
