Abstract The invention discloses special yellow wine rich in effective ingredients of dendrobium huoshanense and a brewing method of the special yellow wine. The brewing method comprises the following steps: 1) soaking dendrobium huoshanense powder, and then extracting to prepare a dendrobium huoshanense extracting solution; (2) soaking glutinous rice, and then sequentially cooking and cooling; (3) carrying out a primary fermentation process on the cooled glutinous rice and the dendrobium huoshanense extracting solution; 4) carrying out a post-fermentation process on the fermented mash obtained in the pre-fermentation process, and then carrying out filter pressing and wine decocting; wherein the primary fermentation process is selected from a rice wine spraying process DI or a rice wine adding process DII; the special yellow wine has the characteristics of elegant bouquet, fresh and cool taste, no drunkenness and difficulty in drunkenness, and has a health-preserving and health-care effect. 本发明公开了一种富含米斛有效成分的特型黄酒及其酿制方法
