The invention discloses a channel state information prediction system design method, device and equipment and a medium, and the design method comprises the steps: constructing a residual neural network, taking the residual neural network as a main structure of a channel state information predictor, and enabling the residual neural network to comprise a plurality of residual neural network layers; training the channel state information predictor; in a user side, a channel state information prediction system is constructed, and the channel state information prediction system comprises a trained channel state information predictor, a first channel state information memory and a second channel state information memory; and interacting the channel state information prediction system with a base station end so as to complete the design of the channel state information prediction system. According to the method, the residual neural network is constructed and the channel state information prediction value is utilized
