Abstract | The invention discloses a monitoring system and a monitoring method, which are used for reducing the influence of road conditions on a detection result and improving the accuracy of engine fire monitoring. The device comprises a cylinder, a cooler and a pulse signal collector, a feeding hole and an exhaust hole are formed in the cylinder, the feeding hole is connected with the exhaust hole through a circulating pipe, and the circulating pipe is used for conveying waste gas exhausted by the exhaust hole to the feeding hole; the cooler is arranged on the circulating pipe, and the cooler is used for cooling the waste gas; the pulse signal collector is arranged on the circulating pipe, and the pulse signal collector is used for collecting pulse signals in the circulating pipe and sending the pulse signals to the ECU controller.
