Abstract | The invention discloses a heat energy transaction method and system oriented to new energy consumption, and the method comprises the steps: analyzing a thermoelectric transaction scene, formulating different heat energy transaction charging package modes for different energy preference type new energy consumption users, and carrying out the calculation of the different heat energy transaction charging package modes. The thermoelectric transaction scene comprises a phase change heat storage transaction scene, a differentiated heat supply scene and a clean heat supply scene; with benefit maximization as a target, a corresponding heat energy transaction charging package mode is selected according to a specific transaction scene and participants of the specific transaction scene to perform heat energy transaction, or a proper heat energy transaction charging package mode is selected to perform thermoelectric flexible transaction to obtain benefits.
