Abstract | The invention discloses an electrolytic water oxygen evolution reaction catalyst material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of inorganic oxide powder materials. The method comprises the steps that S1, metal nitrate is weighed and dissolved in double distilled water, nitric acid metal precursor solutions are prepared, and then the solutions are mixed together; s2, preparing a citric acid solution, adding the citric acid solution into the isoatomic precursor solution in the step S1, and adjusting the pH value of the solution; s3, carrying out hot stirring on the prepared solution, and drying the solution to form xerogel; s4, putting the xerogel into a muffle furnace, and slowly heating from room temperature to combustion to generate fluffy powder; and S5, further grinding the powder sample obtained after combustion to obtain the product.
