Abstract | The embodiment of the invention provides an urban rainfall typical year comparison and selection method and system and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that a first target index used for reflecting rainfall capacity characteristics and a second target index used for reflecting rainfall process characteristics are determined; performing correlation analysis based on single-year and multi-year design rainfall under a preset annual runoff total amount control rate, and taking the year with the maximum correlation as a first rainfall typical year for reflecting rainfall characteristics; determining a second rainfall typical year representing the average rainfall process under the rainfall characteristics in combination with the influence degree of the first target index on the design rainfall under the preset annual runoff total amount control rate; under the condition of considering the distribution process change in the rainfall year, determining a third rainfall typical year representi |
