Abstract The invention relates to a liver cancer prognosis model based on three blood test indexes, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicines. The method comprises the following steps: detecting blood test indexes of C reactive protein (CRP), aspartate aminotransferase AST and an absolute value L of lymphocyte; calculating scores according to a model formula; the model formula is as follows: risk score = CRP * AST/L; if the risk score is greater than 80, the patient is a high-risk patient. According to the invention, the total survival time and disease-free survival time of the liver cancer patient after operation can be predicted only by detecting blood test indexes of C-reactive protein (CRP), aspartate aminotransferase AST and an absolute value L of lymphocyte.
