The invention provides a combination metering device which can detect water immersion in the device through a low-cost structure. A combination metering device is provided with: conductive plates disposed facing each other at a distance from each other at a conductive portion capable of detecting the immersion of water into the device; a voltage line for applying a voltage to the conductive plate; and a detection unit that detects a potential difference between the conductive portion and the conductive plate.
