Abstract | The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic anti-pollution flashover coating based on a micro-nano structure and a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic anti-pollution flashover coating. The super-hydrophobic coating is mainly prepared from the following components: 50 to 80 parts of polysiloxane, 5 to 40 parts of fluorinated silicone rubber, 15 to 40 parts of filler, 0.01 to 0.02 part of catalyst, 20 to 50 parts of solvent, 0.01 to 0.02 part of color paste, 8 to 15 parts of curing agent and 5 to 10 parts of coupling agent. The preparation method is low in cost and easy to prepare. According to the invention, the low surface energy of the fluorine-containing silicone rubber is utilized, and micro-nano particles with different particle sizes are added, so that the nano super-hydrophobic coating is constructed.
