Abstract | The invention discloses a phthalonitrile resin and a preparation method and application thereof, the resin is obtained through a blending reaction of the following compositions, and the compositions comprise the following components in parts by weight: 25-120 parts of a phthalonitrile monomer, 5-50 parts of a hollow filler, 2.5-20 parts of an interface modifier and 2.5-20 parts of a toughening agent. The phthalonitrile resin and cured resin thereof disclosed by the invention have the characteristics of low density and low dielectric constant, also have good heat resistance and heat protection/heat insulation performance, can be used as a high-performance composite material resin matrix, and have application value in the fields of military industry, ships, aerospace, electronics and the like.
