Abstract The invention relates to an injection molding method and an injection molding apparatus. In a cooling step of the injection molding method, the high-temperature resin supplied to the first flow path (56) is cooled to become low-temperature resin. In the high-temperature resin supply step, the high-temperature resin is supplied to the cavity (42) through a second flow path (58) provided separately from the first flow path (56). In a low-temperature resin supply step performed after the high-temperature resin supply step, the low-temperature resin in the first flow path (56) is supplied to the cavity (42). As a result, the occurrence of appearance defects in the injection-molded article can be more effectively suppressed, and the injection-molded article can be efficiently obtained. 本发明涉及一种注射成型方法和注射成型装置。在注射成型方法的降温工序中,使被供给到第一流路(56)的高温树脂降温而成为低温树脂。在高温树脂供给工序中,将高温树脂经由与第一流路(56)分开设置的第二流路(58)供给到型腔(42)。在高温树脂供给工序之后进行的低温树脂供给工序中,将第一流路(56)内的低温树脂供给到型腔(42)。据此,能更有效地抑制注射成型品外观不良的发生,并且能高效地得到注射成型品。
AbstractList The invention relates to an injection molding method and an injection molding apparatus. In a cooling step of the injection molding method, the high-temperature resin supplied to the first flow path (56) is cooled to become low-temperature resin. In the high-temperature resin supply step, the high-temperature resin is supplied to the cavity (42) through a second flow path (58) provided separately from the first flow path (56). In a low-temperature resin supply step performed after the high-temperature resin supply step, the low-temperature resin in the first flow path (56) is supplied to the cavity (42).
