Summary: | A system for monitoring a blood volume percentage change ([Delta] BV%) during dialysis treatment includes a sensor device configured to obtain hematocrit (Hct) related measurements based on detecting light that has passed through extracorporeal blood of a patient undergoing dialysis treatment; one or more controllers configured to: determine an Hct value based on an Hct-related measurement obtained by the sensor device; determining a delta BV% value based on the determined Hct value; and generating a GUI having a delta BV% graph based on the determined delta BV% value; and a display device having a display configured to display a GUI having a [delta] BV% graph. Area indicators are provided on the display to distinguish between a first area corresponding to the first [delta] BV% profile, a second area corresponding to the second [delta] BV% profile, and a third area corresponding to the third [delta] BV% profile.
