Abstract A method of positioning a surgical instrument may involve: advancing a first medical instrument to a treatment site of a patient, the first medical instrument including a camera; recording a target location associated with a target anatomical feature at the treatment site; generating a first image of the treatment site using the camera of the first medical device; identifying the target anatomical feature in the first image by using a pre-trained neural network; and adjusting the target position based at least in part on a position of the identified target anatomical feature in the first image. 定位外科手术器械的方法可涉及:将第一医疗器械前移到患者的治疗部位,该第一医疗器械包括相机;记录与该治疗部位处的目标解剖特征相关联的目标位置;使用该第一医疗器械的该相机生成该治疗部位的第一图像;使用预先训练的神经网络识别该第一图像中的该目标解剖特征;以及至少部分地基于该识别的目标解剖特征在该第一图像中的位置来调整该目标位置。
