Summary: | The invention relates to the field of titanium alloy material preparation, in particular to a preparation and detection method of an indirect tensile sample of a hard alpha inclusion material in a titanium alloy. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing TiN inclusion block materials with different nitrogen contents by adopting a hot isostatic pressing technology; (2) processing a cake-shaped indirect tensile sample by adopting a linear cutting mode; (3) preparing a tensile sample of which the nitrogen content is lower than 12wt%; and (4) carrying out indirect tensile property test by adopting a high-temperature thermal compression testing machine at the test temperature of 900-1100 DEG C and the strain rate of 0.01 S <-1 >-10 S <-1 >.
